You won't believe this incredible material. It feels like a soft malleable clay, but it is actually fine bronze or silver particles mixed with cellulose and water.
When it is fired in the kiln, the cellulose burns away and only the metal remains!
On the first day, we will explore bronze metal clay, and make a variety of textured pieces. These will be fired during the week between classes One week later, we will create silver pieces for layering with our bronze creations, and connect them together in a variety of interesting and unique ways. Expect to make 5 to 10 pieces.
