These delightful books make a perfect gift, or a treasured journal or sketchbook. By cutting out part of the cover, we open a space to make a collage out a myriad of items; letters, feathers, coins, ephemera, etc. Then, we rivet 'windows' made of mica and transparency to hold and protect the collage. Everyone who sees them is fascinated by the personalized creation.
Plan to make a large and a small altered book, either lined or blank. Feel free to bring thin objects to place between the windows. Patrice will have lots of items to choose from.
